I am Azza Hosny Saad, now working as Human Resources Business Partner at “Nile University” from September
2007 till today, in this position I’m carrying out many responsibilities of Human Resources Department, such as
“recruitment, personnel, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits and ……”

This is in addition to my pervious work as Human Resources Supervisor “Head of Human Resources Section” in the
Canadian International College – CIC, from January 2004 till September 2007.

I finished my Human Resources Professional Diploma in “AUC” by the end of the year 2004 with grade Excellent.

My pervious experience as an Executive secretary & Office Manger for about 5 years had gave me a strong
background in the field of Administration & Office Management.
