1¼ glass white rice

2 cloves

1 green cardamom

1¼ glass of water

2-3 tbsp oil

½ tsp Salt

For daal:

1 glass split red lentil

2 tbsp split chickpeas (half an hour soaked)

½ tsp ginger paste

¼ tsp garlic paste

¼ tsp coriander powder

2-3 pinch turmeric powder

½ tsp red chilli powder

1 sip of water

2-3 tsp oil

3 glass water

1 tsp salt

2 pinch garam masala

1 small chopped tomato (optional)

some fresh coriander leaves

2 pinch dry mango powder
