- I started my career in Java programming after l graduate with Technological Degree in

3. What is your greatest strength?
- As a programmer, my greatest strength is my intellectual curiosity. I enjoy researching
the latest technology trends so that our critical information technology system remain
uncompromised.
4. What is your greatest weakness?
- My greatest weakness is used to be procrastination and capable of dealing people.
5. Why do you want this job?
- I’ve heard great things about work environment here from a few colleagues. And when I
saw this job posting, it’s seemed to match my skills. I saw in the job description that you
need somebody who’s expert in java programming. I consider myself an expert in Java
and it’s a skill to continue specializing in

- I was very fortunate to be hired by ABC company right out of college. They taught me a
lot. However, I’m ready to for the next step I want to explore more.
7. How do you handle stress and pressure/
- My first step in managing stress is to try to circumvent it by keeping my work processes
very organize, and my attitude professional.
8. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
- In 5 years I see myself taking on more responsibilities, either through management or
higher level individual contribution. I’m not sure which path will make sense to pursue,
but I know my goal right now is to build a strong foundation and gain valuable
experience so that I’ll have a successful future industry.
9. What are your goals for the future?
- My goal is to find job that I can hold long term with a local company, becoming a valued
employee as I gradually advance to positions of increasing authority and responsibility.

- Right now I’m focused on finding a job that’s the right fit for my career. Once I’ve done
that, I’m willing - to consider an offer you feel is fair, but I do not have a specific number
in mind yet, and my priority is to find a position that’s a great fit for me.”

How would you prepare yourself to lessen the anxiety/nervousness issue it bring.

- Refuse to think thoughts that create self-doubt and low confidence. Practice ways to
calm and relax your mind and body such as deep breathing, relaxing exercise, eat well
and practice healthful lifestyle habits.

Tips

- Don’t be afraid
- You have to practice more
- Studying grammar
- Listen to conversation, a story, or some kind of speech and then try to deliver that
speech in your own word
- Paraphrasing and write all the of that in your own word and read it to somebody
- Release the fear of being judged by others
- Don’t be too consumed by grammar

- I was trying too hard to get my own point across

- Pearl Harbor is classic tale movie romance set during war that complicates everything. It all starts when
childhood friends Rafe and Danny become Army air corps pilots and meet Evelyn a Navy nurse. Rafe falls
head over heels and he and Evelyn and Rafe hook up. Then Rafe volunteers to fight in Birtain, and Evelyn
