Terms and Conditions

• New entrants under the master policy (as per the certificate issued) will have the risk commencement date on which premium is debited from His / Her account.
The Risk End Date for the said entrant will be in line with Master Policy 13th April 2020 .
• The renewal of master policy will be done on 14th of April every year.
• The membership in the scheme will remain in force subject to payment of annual renewal premium by the insured member on or before the expiry of the Master
Policy.
• The maximum renewal age will be up to 75 years subject to payment of renewal premium. 

Termination of cover
The accident cover for the member shall terminate on any of the following events and no benefits will be payable there under: 
• On attaining age 75 years (completed age). 
• On expiration of the Master Policy.
Note : This certificate is primarily issued to create awareness about Insurance affected in the life of the member. It does not confer any legal rights on the nominee
/or other person to claim the benefits under the policy. The benefit will be payable to the nominee only on the Accidental death of policy holder.
