SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, CHRISTIAN JAVE G. PAGAYON of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of
New Poblacion, Buenavista, Guimaras, Philippines, by these presents, do hereby NAME,
CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT JOHN LORENCE M. ROSANO, of legal age, single, Filipino
and a resident of Brgy. Hagonoy, Calinog, Iloilo Philippines, to be my lawful Attorney-in-Fact,
for me and in my name, place and stead, for my own use and benefits, to do and perform any
or all of the following acts and things, to wit:

To transact business, process, follow-up, facilitate, withdraw any amount in my Savings

Account and my insurance benefits or monetary claims either in cash or check
with/from the BDO Unibank, Inc. (Banco de Oro Unibank) located at UG/F SM City
Iloilo, Benigno Aquino Ave, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Iloilo and/or in any branch and to
sign, a withdrawal slip/s, any papers or documents in order to give effect to the
foregoing acts or transactions mentioned above or other acts or transactions relative
to it and to receive any money or check/s and to endorse any check/s issued thereon.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority
to execute and perform every act necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully,
to all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if personally present, with full power of
substitution and revocation, and HEREBY RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my said
Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
