Dear Ma’am:
Greetings of Love and Peace from the Our Lady of Guadalupe!

The undersigned are Level III students from Bachelor of Science in

Phenomenological Study on the Nursing Students' Lived Experiences
in Transitioning to Online Learning During Covid-19 Pandemic.” This
study is in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor

nursing students in transitioning to online learning during COVID-19
pandemic.

The study will utilize qualitative research specifically a phenomenological

In line with this, we humbly ask permission from your good office to allow
us to conduct a study among Nursing students. Rest assured that the data
gathered will be kept confidential and for the research purposes only.
