New Process for claiming FY21 Broadband Reimbursement at IDC

Due to COVID pandemic enforced Work from Home, some employees may be concerned about incurring
additional charges due to exceeding caps on data usage. In recent days, many broadband providers have
responded to the pandemic and resulting surge in remote work by agreeing to suspend caps on data
usage. These actions by providers should help to alleviate any employee concerns of incurring additional
costs in broadband plans. In the event an employee’s workload requires them to exceed data caps and
incur additional charges, please fill the following self-declaration form to claim reimbursement up to a
max of INR 1500 per month for the same.

• This process will come into effect immediately for all new reimbursement claims for July 2020
and onwards until the compulsory/recommended WFH guidance is being issued.
• Please attach a copy of this form with relevant sections filled below as applicable and the copy
of recent bill to the expense reimbursement request through MS Expense.
• If the amounts are not changing month over month, one-time declaration is sufficient. However,
attaching the same copy of declaration for each such Expense Report will help speed up
processing.
• If the bill is not in your name due to any reason, please make a mention of it in this same form
below.
• This reimbursement criteria is subject to change with further notice.
