Main Responsibilities Tap unexplored markets, new & existing to achieve business growth.
Generate business opportunities, ensure timely offers, hold techno
commercial negotiations, follow up and acquire the orders in order to ensure
linear order inflow at optimum sales margin
Search and Participate in tenders for ECP business
Monitoring outstanding payment position
Tender Preparation
Regular follow up with customers by visiting their plants
Preparation of offers and submit the same. Follow up for new orders. Co-
ordinate with plants for production of ECP
Looks for opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or
new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities
Analyses sales and other reports that give insight into how a company can
make adjustments to improve performance
Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations
Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms,
particularly a contract's financial aspects.
Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis
of all actors involved in a business situation
Estimate the market size, prepare annual sales plan and monitor
achievement of monthly key business plan.
Conduct pre sales activities, address customer concerns, ensure timely
response and communication, visit customers in order to maintain long term
customer relationship.

Educational Qualifications B.Sc (Chemistry Hons) / Diploma in Mechanical with MBA (Marketing) from
reputed institution will be most preferred.

Experience At least eight to ten years of industrial sales experience with graphite /
carbon / ferro alloy based industry with techno commercial background.
Should be available to travel extensively.

Age Upto 40 years
