1.

PURPOSE: -
To describe a procedure for raising the Product Sampling Advice Sheet to Quality
Control department.
2. SCOPE: -
This procedure is applicable when product sampling intimation to QC is required after
completion of batch.
3. RESPONSIBILITY: -

3.1. Production Manager


3.2. Shift Officers
3.3. Supervisors
4. ENVIRONMENT HEALTH AND SAFETY INSTRUCTION:-

4.1. Avoid unnecessary printing and paper usage to decrease carbon footprints.
4.2. Handle document with care to avoid any injury from sharp edges of paper.
5. PROCEDURE: -

5.1. Make sure that the product final stage is complete and has been packed in final
Kegs as per procedure.
5.2. Also make sure that each carton has been weighed and the net weight with
other information’s is written on the containers.
5.3. Now raise the ‘Product Sampling Advice Sheet’ (PSAS) to Quality Control for
complete analysis of batch with following details:
5.3.1. Product name
5.3.2. Batch No.
5.3.3. Quantity in Kg
5.3.4. Number of containers
5.3.5. Date of manufacture
5.3.6. Signature Date Time
5.4. The Product Sampling Advice Sheet (PSAS) will be signed by shift Officer on duty with
date and time
5.5. It is the responsibility of Quality Control to sample and analyses the product after
receiving the advice from Production as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
5.6. The Product Sampling Advice Sheet will be retained in QC along with batch analysis
sheet.
