MINUTES OF MEETING
3-STAR

The first Homeroom PTA meeting for S.Y. 2019-2020 was held on July 5,
2019 at the Grade 3-Star classroom. There were 35 parents who attended the
meeting. It started at 1:30 in the afternoon.
The first part of the meeting was formally started with a prayer led by Mrs.
Gatmin. It was followed by singing of the national anthem via audio visual
presentation.
At 2:00 in the afternoon, the meeting proper commenced. The first agenda of
the meeting was the election of the Homeroom PTA officers.
During the meeting, the matter about the pupil’s concern, particularly their
behavior was brought to attention.
As all other pertinent concerns were dealt with for the time being, the
meeting was adjourned at exactly 3:30 in the afternoon.
