At cut-e (“cut-e,” or “we,” “our”, or “us”), we are committed to protecting the confidentiality,
integrity and accuracy of any personal information you provide to us. We always strive to safeguard
such information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and/or alteration. We only
collect personal information that is relevant for our described purpose. The aim of this Data Privacy

which we offer on the instruction of our contractual partner (that being, the entity for which you
complete this assessment) on the basis of our contractual agreement. This involves the following:

cut-e collects specific personal data for our purpose, as instructed by our contractual partner. This
personal data can be defined in the following categories:
Identification information (e.g., title, first and last name, date of birth, gender)
Technical Information (e.g., public IP address, time and date of access, browser activities,
browser settings and Log-In ID data. This is used solely for security purposes, namely authentication
and input control.)
cut-e does not store your personal data for any longer than we need to for our above stated
purpose. cut-e only stores your personal information for a period of time reasonable for our
purposes of processing, and/or a period of time that is required of us by law.
cut-e does not independently share your personal data with any specific third party or persons, aside
from the business entity with which we have a contractual arrangement and for whom you have
completed this test.
We do not employ systems based solely on automated decision making processes and/or profiling,
and your personal data will be subjected to human made decisions. However, your personal data
may be used by us to facilitate us in practices involving automated decision making and/or profiling.
cut-e assessment systems utilize automated decision making as a tool to distinguish candidates,
streamline our systems and optimize our services as instructed by our contractual partner.
Our reason behind performing these automated tasks is to take your assessment responses and
compare these with developed research models and industry knowledge, which we have developed
through our superior statistical, scientific and psychological expertise. For example, your input into
initial tests may be calculated to decide automatically whether you are suitable to move onto further
tests.
If you wish to obtain human intervention in the automated decisions and/or profiling made by cut-e,
you wish to express your point of view and/or you wish to contest a decision made in this context,
please contact the business entity for which you will complete this test.
