About the Role 

eJogajog is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our Operations team. If you
love setting a vision, managing cross-functional stakeholders, pushing projects forward to
deliver measurable and strategically meaningful results, and solving problems from both 30,000
feet as well as deep in the details, this is the role for you. 

Operations Managers are responsible for developing functional business strategies, such as
how we balance our marketplace, target and deploy appropriate tools and campaigns focusing
both customers and partners, manage trip operations and identify improvement areas. They
balance improving or innovating new processes with setting and delivering on core goals to
meet business needs. 

What You’ll Do

 You will take care of the entire trip operations starting from trip creation, bidding, trip
acceptance, live trip to trip ending and monitoring trip performance.

 Make strategic decisions to prioritize within functional area; guide and set goals for
the overall team

 Coach others - directly or indirectly - on strategic thinking & prioritization

 Develop analytical frameworks to support trip management.

 Identify operational and structural weaknesses and help improve existing or develop
new systems, processes and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability,
accountability and service.

 Build, deploy, maintain, and communicate a go-to-market process.

 Build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting on various perspectives


of operations
 Present models, findings and insights to senior management to drive business
decisions

 The Trip Operations team owns functional business operations as well as rolled out
campaigns and services. They will be responsible for monitoring, correcting, and executing
business processes.
What You’ll Need

 10+ years’ experience as an operations leader driving exceptional results.

 A Bachelor’s degree from top-class business schools with CGPA no less than 3 out of 4.

 Expertise in managing online marketplace or customer-centric service industry.

 Demonstrated financial/budgeting accountability.

 A strategic leader with deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and a


champion of efficiency.

 Experience recruiting, managing and developing best-in-class talent and building high-
performing, collaborative teams in a high growth environment.

 A natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and
partnership.

 Exceptional Excel / data management skills.

 A passion for creating structure and overcoming organizational inertia.

 Very strong analytical skills with the ability to promptly establish priorities and
communicate expectations.

 Experience working closely with and managing external agencies and vendors.

 High emotional intelligence and empathy.
