    PARTITION DEED-(pre reg. id: 2020000725)- citizen portal testing

    1. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCIAL TAX (REGISTRATION) – Government of Chhattisgarh

    2. The title Land area (on Road is confusing) – can be replaced with terms like Land Area under deal ( सौदा रकबा )
    3. khasa check can be made more specific to the khasra provided and accordingly maps and other details can b linkd.
    5. ISSUE : If one party selected as tribal then select all parties as tribal.

    6. Stamp Duty not showing. Un-warranted digar tehsil fees & visiting charges calculated. Also section C- Party is
    showing sign of non-completion perhaps due to which I could not enter the numbe in no.of. parties column. Also the
    portal could not calculate the registration fees.

    7. The portal could once again show how much fees to be paid and in case of part payment , it could demand for
    complete payment.
    8 Please mention in which format the document should be uploaded. Otherwise is would be problematic for the
    clients . Issues in document upload.
