•This will assist with Installation, monitoring and maintenance of the phones.
Installation:

•It makes for a much faster and easier installation of the phone system by

providing auto configuration of the phones and confirms when each of the

phones comes on line, including DECT accessory handsets.

•It makes installing SIP phones very much like installing analogue.

Plug and play. Using the system dashboard you can immediately see if any

of the phones, including DECT extensions have failed to become live.


Monitoring:

•It provides real time monitoring of the phones, including DECT extensions,

and can be configured to automatically notify IT or housekeeping, by email,

if there are ever any phone failures or missing DECT extension phones.

•This means that any problems with any of the phones can be addressed very often

before guests are ever aware that there is a problem with their room phone.
Maintenance :
•It allows configuration changes to the phones to be made remotely.

It’s able to perform immediate firmware upgrades and it also allows

you to troubleshoot any problems from remote locations.

•Again, this includes DECT extensions and not just phones connected

directly to the network

•With appropriate permissions at the hotel level, it allows the AEi technical

support team to dial in and assist far more quickly if there are ever any issues.
