Dear Mr. and Mrs. Balilo,

A blessed day to you and your family!

The school year is finally over. We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to you dear parents
for having hurdled this challenging year with us. Indeed, this school year has been replete with so many
complications, but in spite of everything, your child, with your unceasing support, was able to not only
finish the school year, but he/she was still able to excel.

Thus, it is our honor to inform you that your son/daughter Nicole Angelique M. Balilo has garnered an
average of 91 conferring him/her with the academic award of WITH HONORS.

However, much as we want to acknowledge them in a proper ceremony, certain restrictions still prevent us
from conducting such. Thus, in our small way, we would like to give recognition to your child through a
virtual recognition program.

In line with this, we shall require your child to come to school on May 6, 2021 at 10:00am-10:30am for
his/her pictorial with Armando’s. Please prepare P300 for the pictures. Attire for the pictorial will be the
official school uniform. Juressa, the official maker of TMS uniforms, will be in school tomorrow if you
plan to purchase a uniform. However, if you know a former TMS student, you may just borrow a pair. Also,
make sure to put a little make-up on your child for him/her to look his/her best in picture.

Please come on your scheduled date and time so that we can still observe the proper guidelines on social
distancing. Moreover, do not forget to wear your face mask and face shield. Waiting area for parents will
be at the covered court to ensure social distancing.

Lastly, we would like to inform you that enrollment for the next school year is already open. We hope that
you will continue to be our partner in our mission of developing the leaders of tomorrow.

Congratulations! May God keep your family safe, sound, and prosperous.

Sincerely,
Joanna Marie A. Guillermo
