I don’t think that I have some genetic or hereditary illness. The only thing that I can remember is vitiligo.

But this illness doesn’t make my life different. Usually, I don’t even notice it. And I have a myopia, but
it’s not my family’s illness (=it doesn’t run in my family).

There is free public health care in my country. Everyone has an opportunity to go to a hospital and be
given free medical care. But medical service quality is not very high. Often, you’d better find a specialist
at the private clinic, or have good friends in the medical sphere.

Unfortunately, I have to say I tried to self-diagnose myself. Sometimes with the help of the internet, or
TV-show House M.D. or Scrubs (I’m just kidding, though I love these shows very much). But it’s only
diagnostic, not treatment. I guess it’s related with the fact that I really don’t like to go to the clinics or
hospitals. However, if I have a serious reason, I go to (see) a doctor.
