Strategies for an
Online Learning Setting a class rules is very important matter even it is virtual or
Modality physical classes. It will make the interactions of the student and the
teacher meaningful and better. For example, turning on their
microphones to avoid unnecessary noise is an important one because it
may distract the class and waste the time. Turning on the mic to
answer it results to a productive class. Meetings at google meets and
other platforms must be productive. You must give activities that are
connected to the lesson to catch their attention. Using a flow or having
a program will keep the communication. Like having a motivation
game before starting the lesson and giving additional points to those
who participate is one way to keep the learner active. Feature of the
day or featuring your learners activity will make them motivated and
productive to make a good output. Whether it is physical or virtual
let’s make the interaction between our students continuous and
productive. Aside from what they will learned from us, they will also
have a positive mindset and better output.
 Whether it is email or a module you need to set rules for them to be

REFLECTION:

If you are a role model to everyone you must consider a lot of things not only your
environment, the people but also their abilities and mindset. Being an educator is one of the
greatest examples. It is very hard for them to make mistakes and wrong decisions because
they are the one you are called as a model in the classroom. Every act they made they must be
careful with it.
As a future educator I think a lot of things in my future like how can I make my students
productive in every classes and lessons we have everyday, how can I cope up if ever I will
teach at online classes, how can I manage my time in making such activities and at the same
time checking my students output and especially how can I be a good model to my students. I
experienced a lot of things and dilemmas in the classroom when I was a student. It is not easy
for the teachers to handle a lot of students with
different attitudes, background stories and abilities. All of them are your responsibility to
understand and adapt. But the good thing that I am amazed about is the teacher is very patient
and creative to think techniques and strategies on how they can make all of the negative sides.
Managing their time and also the classroom itself. Classroom management is very important
for the teachers; it will make the class more effective in different ways. The classroom is an
immediate management environment for formal knowledge acquisition, it is also a shelter for
both teachers and learners so as to engage in educational activities . Classroom is made up of
the teacher, the learner, learning equipment and the environment. The management is referred
to as a way of handling or arrangement of people like students and staff or the situation to
bring about what one desires. It is an art of tactfully controlling or bringing various elements
to work together for some particular purpose. Management on the other hand, can be seen as
the process of designing and maintaining any setting in which people work in groups for the
purpose of accomplishing predetermined goals. The idea of any sitting equally indicates that
management is applicable to all establishments which do not exonerate educational settings.
Classroom management refers to the wide variety of skills and techniques that teachers use to
keep students organized, orderly, focused, attentive, on task, and academically productive
during a class. When classroom-management strategies are executed effectively, teachers
minimize the behaviors that impede learning for both individual students and groups of
students, while maximizing the behaviors that facilitate or enhance learning. Generally
speaking, effective teachers tend to display strong classroom-management skills, while the
hallmark of the inexperienced or less effective teacher is a disorderly classroom filled with
students who are not working or paying attention.
After a few years I’m dreaming of becoming an educator where my students learn from
me, get a lot of lessons and make me their model. I will conduct and make a lot of activities
that make them productive games that are connected to our lessons not only to catch the
attention but also to build the connection of every corner of the classroom. I will make a task
that will boost their confident. I will not force them to recite in front but I will build their
trust to themselves to do things without any doubt.
 Yes. I’ll be teaching a subject that maybe some of my students hate but I will make this
subject their favorite one. I will encourage them to read a lot of books because I believe it is a
good foundation in learning english. You will be familiarized with the words and the
meaning of each. English is not that hard when you are willing to study and adapt to it. Yes,
they are right this subject is more on writing essays, recitation, and speech but I will
emphasize the importance of each not only in their academics but also in their daily lives. I
can say that being available with this subject can also help you to find a good and better
stable job in the future. It is our world’s language meaning you will be highly competitive
internationally. I will highlight the grammar, pronunciation, pauses and spelling for them to
become open in english related lessons.
Order and organization make a classroom run smoothly. Having a consistent set of
procedures and routines that the students are familiar with will help the classroom run like a
well-oiled machine. Many educational experts emphasize the importance of having a set of
procedures that are practiced and revisited from day one. The less time that students have to
be off-task the more likely the teacher will be able to have quality classroom management.
Teachers face a variety of classroom management challenges. These can include
disruptive students that slow or interrupt the pace of learning and ineffective or poorly
thought out management techniques that worsen student behaviour. The most effective
teachers typically understand a variety of effective classroom management techniques and
use the most appropriate solution to keep their class free of disruption and focused on
achieving its educational goals.

I am a teacher born and bred, and I believe in the advocacy of teachers. It’s
a calling. We want our students to feel impassioned and empowered.

MY EFFECTIVE CLASSROOM :

This is my ideal classroom looks like a positive place where in my students are
comfortable. Have a proper space for everyone, good ventilation. organized chairs and
special classrooms that will make you a productive student. If you can see on my cartooning
the students are actively participating in the class and the teacher is explaining the lesson that
they have. You will also observe the student infront that get 0 on his test and sitting infront
this is one of the teacher’s technique to make the student learned and will not get low score
next time. Having this kind of classroom is a dream of every student. That's why if you are a
student studying right now you are blessed to have the opportunity to study because a lot of
children are dreaming to be in your position. Be thankful and don’t waste your time and
money, study well where every classroom you are studying today.
