partnership with any local electronic companies that are popular among the population of
those particular countries to increase their market shares in those countries
- Region specific marketing
- Improving quality of products
- Lowering costs wherever possible to decrease prices which might attract more customers
- If there is any other company in the electronics market segment which isn't doing well,
acquire their company if possible so that they can get their customer base
- Check if there is any income level group doesn't have many product options and come up
with products that will be in that price range
- Environmental friendly products
