How would you apply the three theories to present pandemic situation?

Florence Nightingale Environmental Theory states that in the present condition or

situation where the number of people infected with Covid 19 continue to rise up, it is
important for us to be wary of the distress that this pandemic can brought us. We have to
be cautious with our decisions and actions because it may affect other people’s safety.
We have to practice safety precautions in order for us to survive through this pandemic.
Having a knowledge about the current situation and how it affects us gives an idea that
we, people should take this pandemic seriously. Every decision and action matters. Life
matters the most.
Jean Watson’s Theory of Human Caring and Nursing shows us the importance of
practicing the art of caring which tells us that one of the most important aspect that we
really need to focus onto this time is the health condition of each one of us. Health is
what really matters right now. Having a healthy body means avoiding range of the
diseases that would endangered our life, especially Covid 19. Securing each other health,
sharing some tips that would strengthen the body of the people will be very effective in
fighting Covid 19. Showing the compassion to help people is what we should possessed.
Helping each other is the best way to end this pandemic.
Patricia Benner’s Theory shows that in order for us to come up with the best solution
for this pandemic that we’re going through, it is always important to observe first.
Observing a situation helps us to analyze what the right and the wrong thing to do in
times of difficulties. Following the safety precautions that the authorities implemented
will be very helpful in order to prevent the increasing rate of affected citizens.
