How to Login to FT Platform

Steps to follow:

1. First go to www.freighttiger.com
2. Click on login
3. Enter the username and the password shared
by the freighttiger.com team & then login
4. You can also use the opt to login via OTP which
will be shared to your registered email ID

In case, you are unable to login/receive an error


message

1. Use the forgot password or OTP option


2. For any further escalation reach out to your
Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager
How to Edit driver details

A. How to Edit a Trip: During a trip, if there is any information which needs to be edited, click on “EDIT” on
the bottom right corner on the page
B. Enter New Driver number details under “Driver Number” section and new driver name under “Driver
name” section. Both can be found under Driver Information section.

Confirm Consent Completed

1. All the messages or the missed calls should be done from the driver’s phone
2. Consent should be done after adding the trip and not before creating the trip. The trip will
not be tracked otherwise
3. Check the location source under the location source - this must show “Consent Done” in
green
a. Open the tracking tab of a particular trip to see
b. Click on location sources:
i. Will show the driver's phone number used to track as a source along with the
SIM Carrier
ii. In case consent is not done this section will mention “Consent not Done” in red
How to Track Trip & Trip Details

Any successfully added trip can be tracked in the FT


website, in order to track:

1. Open the tracking tab of a particular trip to see


2. Last known location: Point shows the last geographic
location where the phone was tracked (post consent). If this
shows NA, it means the trip has not started yet
3. Distance left: Shows the distance in kms
4. Click on location sources:
A. Will show the driver's phone number used to track
as a source along with the SIM Carrier
B. In case consent is not done this section will mention
“Consent not Done” in red
