10 “TEAM WORK”

ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

1. What meeting did you attend last month?

Last month I went for a job interview, I was a little nervous, but in the end I was able to
get the administrative assistant position, which is satisfying.

2. Do you work in a team, or alone?

I usually work in a team, because I consider it very important to share the happiness of
having reached the common goal. On the other hand, developing more complex jobs
requires a lot of staff or a lot of creativity, which improves interpersonal relationships
between everyone.

3. What do you do when you want to solve a problem?

There are different analysis techniques that make it easier for us to find the root cause of
a problem in order to solve it. I personally implement the following four steps:

- Identify the problem

- Analyze the possible causes that may have originated the problem.
- Implement solutions for each cause.
- Verify that the problem has been resolved.

4. What is a good time of day to develop new ideas?

The first two hours of the day after waking up are the most effective for developing new
ideas. On the other hand, science and recognized leaders such as Steve Jobs or Arianna
Huffington argue that you have to get up at five in the morning if you want to reap
professional success, it is convenient to avoid the usual planning of tasks that only incites
frustration.

5. How do you feel when you find a solution a problem?

Personally I would be satisfied, because I have been able to find the solution to a problem
that seemed impossible to solve. It is important to know that moods, feelings and emotions,
even the mildest, can influence the development of the conflict and condition human
behavior during its handling.
