Ques 8.

If you were to describe some personality traits you possess that strengthen you as an

entrepreneur, what would those traits be?

Ans. Some of the personality traits that I have adopted to become a successful entrepreneur

are:

 Relationship building:

As an integral component of the organization, we aim to establish a relationship

between the employer and the employee. We attempt to communicate with the

employer if they have some issues with the employee's discipline, and we take

responsibility for every action of our organization irrespective of the post.

We don't linger around here and there because we have our principles, and we either

can wait or we can't do it; there is no in-between.

 Technological advancements

With the assistance of modern technology, we connect with our customers and strive

to create purchases, as seen through advertising and postings on our Facebook page.

We must change with the changing technologies and upgrade our organizations with

the dynamic environment.

 Self-improvement continuously is very important for a successful entrepreneur.

Ques 9. What sort of personal obstacles have you had to overcome as the leader of a growing

organization?

Ans.

You must be extremely patient if you want to be an entrepreneur. You may confront several

mental problems and disruptions, which you may believe are caused by our demands as we

might be too pushy at times. We always grumble and stop working on other things when

things don't move according to our expectations. It is always suggested that despite focusing

on the problem, one should concentrate on the solution.

There are three crucial things to remember at all times: To begin with, positive thinking, you

must be prepared to confront both success and failure. Failures will educate you on how to

improve in your future endeavors. Second, you must always upgrade yourself following the

world; you must always contribute something new to the world to draw customer's attention

and make them build trust. Third, you must be adamant about your principles. There will be

many chances in front of you where you may make a lot of money by surrendering your

beliefs, but this will only be a temporary advantage; in the long run, you must remain solid in

your values and refuse all offers or illegal employees who attempt to influence you for their

gain. Such unethical behavior should be avoided.

Ques 10. Who are your main competitors, and what are their strengths and weaknesses?

Ans.

I've turned my foes into my dearest friends. My competitors are all my friends, and we

collaborate to make money for both of us. We both work in the same industry, but there are

instances when we refer some of our clients' who seek a job, to other companies, if they do
not meet our eligibility but can meet the other companies' requirements. This way neither the

client nor the company faces any inconvenience.

I consider them as my business partners, not my competitors

Competition, in general, drives you to improve, but there are many things you can learn from

others since the other businesses have more experience than I have. I've only been in this

profession for about a year, but my rivals have over ten years of expertise, which will help

me learn and improve in this field.

Ques 11. What competitive advantage(s) does your company have?

Ans

 We focus on every aspect of candidates and client requirements.

 We go out of the way from screening and improving cv to the grooming and interview

tips to the candidate. We help them shape their future in a better manner.

 We are tech-savvy and easily approachable with professional responses.

Ques 12. What does your company do better than anyone else?

Ans.

 We have started many initiatives that other companies are not doing

 We provide them a congratulatory digital card on a selection of candidates and

celebrate their dream.

 We offer free bites likes cv making, training, and guidance, which is generally not

followed by our competition.

 We provide customized services according to the customer's needs. For eg., if a

company is asking for a policy we provide them a policy that they have never heard of

or never thought of.

 Another innovation that our company has discovered is the presence of a bar code on

the letterhead of the company.

For eg: People at an organization are misusing their time by creating their experience letter

on the business letterhead and then sending it to another employer for personal profit. Is there

a way to put a halt to this practice? No.

Our firm was the first in India to implement a "Bar-Code System," which allows you to scan

the barcode and have access to specific information about the employee on the letterhead,

such as his or her date of hire, date of departure, and corporate reputation. It will also show if

the letterhead is stolen.

Ques 13. What methods have you used to grow the company?

Ans.

Digital technologies have progressed faster than any other breakthrough in history.

As a result, we use digital ways to expand our business, such as social media marketing,

pitching clients seeking a team or HR services from all accessible sources, and so on.

We mostly rely on internet marketing because we are unable to go out into the fields to

publicize our firm owing to the pandemic.

Advertisement on the following platforms is being done.

1. Naukri.com
2. Facebook

3. LinkedIn

4. Instagram

5. Justdial

6. WhatsApp status: Mouth-to-mouth publicity is a better way to advertise.

Although we do not have many likes on our Facebook page, we now have over 4000

followers on LinkedIn, and this number is growing rapidly as new customers join day by day.

We also provide a digital visiting card for the convenience of the customers. We are

approachable with just a single tap on a cell phone. In near future, we will be switching to

google forms to organize and save our data.

Ques 14. What does the future look like for the industry?

Ans

It has a bright future because the notion is popular in Delhi and Mumbai but underappreciated

in cities like Ludhiana.

Due to the epidemic, we are currently extremely calm and doing things very slowly. We seize

any chance that comes our way, but if this is to be taken seriously, you will need time and the

assistance of others. More individuals are required to take a step ahead since many people

believe that business can be done alone, which is not always the case. Even if we had all of

the resources, we would still be unable to satisfy the industry's demands.

I am now unable to operate my firm on a bigger scale, but I want to do so shortly.

Ques 15. Are you doing anything about it, and if YES, then WHAT exactly are you and your

company doing to meet the increasing demands of the globalization process?

Ans. Yes, we are improving our methods of operations to keep up with the ever-increasing

demands of globalization.

 We have especially taken training for scraping data from all major sources online or

offline.

 We have reduced paperwork with the support of technology like Google form, we can

save time by doing bulk WhatsApp messages through our software.

 We stay current to save time and compete accordingly.

 We are expanding our data and using our old data as well as data plays a very

important role in operating a business.

 For payroll compliances, we use excel spreadsheets.

 We're striving to make unskilled people skilled and providing them with training so

that they can meet the criteria rather than rejecting their applications because

everyone is capable of accomplishing something.

 We also encourage people to learn English and develop communications skills at the

workplace.

 At later stages, we will introduce scholarships for the employees as well.
