Water Bodies in Cavite

1. Bacoor bay
It is a large inlet of south- eastern Manila Bay, situated within Cavite province of Luzon
Island Philippines. Bacoor Bay lies along the shoreline of south- eastern Cavite
Peninsula.
2. Canacao Bay
It is a small bay located within the large manila bay in Luzon island in the Philippines. It
is located along the north- eastern cavite peninsula.
3. Zapote River
Located between the boundaries of the cities of Bacoor and Dasmariñas in Cavite. The
river has a length of 5.81 km (3.61 mi).

Water bodies in Laguna

1. Laguna de Bay
Largest lake in the Philippines located east of Metro Manila between the provinces of
Laguna to the south and Rizal to the north.
2. Sampaloc Lake
Lake Sampaloc is an inactive volcanic maar on the island of Luzon. It is the largest of the
Seven Lakes of San Pablo, Laguna.
3. Lake Calibato
One of the seven crater lakes collectively called Pitong Lawa or seven Lakes of San Pablo
in Laguna province. It is situated in Brgy. Sto. Angel in San Pablo City.

Water bodies in Batangas

1. Batangas Bay
Semi enclosed body of water situated in the province of Batangas. The water surface
area of the bay is about 220 square kilometres (85 m2) and the coastline is
approximately 92 kilometers.
2. Taal Lake
Country’s third largest lake after Laguna de Bay and Lake Lanao.
3. Calumpang River
It is a major river in eastern Batangas. Known as the “Nile of Batangas”, the river itself
forms the south- eastern boundary of Poblacion, Batangas City.
