Problem: Failure to achieve a zero Drop-out Rate.

1.) why? Lack of interest to go to school.

2.) why? Spends more time in mobile gaming and social media.

3.) why? Experiences boredom in attending classes.

4.) why? Teachers lack the strategy in motivating students.

5.) why? Teacher’s lack of commitment and less love for work.

5.) why? Financially hard-up and blue-collar workers.
