IT is hereby notified that the Vice-President, after consultation with the Minister of Finance and the
State Procurement Board has, in terms of section 33 of the Procurement Act [Chapter 22:14], made
the following regulations: —
1 These regulations may be cited as the Procurement (Administration Fees) Regulations, 2012
2 The fees prescribed for the purposes of the Act and the Procurement Regulations, 2002, published
in SI 171/2002, shall be as set out in the Schedule.
[Editor’s Note – the above section 2 does not appear in SI 159/2012.]

[Instead it simply repeals its predecessor SI 159/2012: so for sense’s sake, the repealed section 2 is repeated
herein.]
