We are inviting you to participate in a pre-qualification / bidding with the following details:

The tender documents for bidding can be obtained from the above. Only after you have been pre-qualified by
the project team and confirmed participation will you be automatically required to pay for the tender documents.
You shall be advised of the schedule of the pre-bid meeting through a bid bulletin.
All vendors must submit two (2) sets of the following documents, one to the above contact and one to VRM (c/o
Diaz, Ed F, @ Tel.# (02) 717-5500 local 525), or the vendors can e-mail the scanned copies of the required
documents to diaz.ed@mdc.com.ph no later than five (5) days after receipt of this invitation.
The project team reserves the right to exclude initially invited vendors and not allow them to proceed to the
financial bidding if vendors show unfavorable results during the project team’s evaluation of them for the
specific project requirements.
Kindly signify your intention regarding this pre-qualification / bidding by signing on the Vendor Reply Sheet
and sending same back to Procurement Department c/o Maria Gisela Sollano (COG1 Procurement
Manager), Jasen April Remate through email at sollano.gisela@mdc.com.ph or remate.jasen@mdc.com.ph
not later than 48hours upon the receipt of this invitation. Vendors who wish to decline this invitation are
requested to cite reason for such. Further, vendors who fail to respond to this invitation within 48 hours (2 days)
upon receipt of same will be automatically considered not interested to participate.

! IMPORTANT NOTICE !
Vendors are required to pay for the tender documents (as applicable), participate, and comply with pre-
qualification / bid proceedings. The vendor's cooperation to ensure a successful bidding outcome is highly
appreciated in order to avoid any inconveniences among all parties. After being pre-qualified by the project
team and after acceptance of this invitation, vendors that wish to decline participation shall still shoulder the
cost of the tender documents (as applicable) and is advised to submit a formal written notice in due
time to Procurement Department c/o Maria Gisela Sollano (VisMin Procurement Manager), Jasen April
Remate through email at sollano.gisela@mdc.com.ph or remate.jasen@mdc.com.ph stating valid reasons for
such. Failure to comply with the above instructions may result to the imposition of the following penalties.
