These recipes intend on bringing you back into your sensual empowerment and shall
elicit weight-loss. I used ALL of these recipes, (and still do), when I was 50lbs heavier
and felt like my life was sludge. I owe so much of my success with my body and life to
these foods.
You see, the thing is, is that we all have the choice to either build ourselves up with food
or break ourselves down. Each bite is literally an opportunity to feel alive and
empowered.
And guess what this leads to? Compulsively emotional and binge eating fests!
Judgement! Lack of self-acceptance.
When I eat clean foods that are whole, full of life force, simple, organic, local, from the
Earth, energy giving and loving, I show up for life with passion and fully sensual. I show
up in a way that only attracts more beautiful experiences into my life. And, even if I
experience tougher moments of life, I am able to handle them and experience them with
Food, makes a world of a difference. When you eat clean and in a way that supports
your body and mind and spirit, the weight falls away.
So, let’s try something. Let’s try eating for a rich life instead of eating to lose weight.
Permanent weight loss does not happen how you think it would. It does not happen
from following a diet or going to Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers, nor does it happen
from following the rigidity of a bootcamp or meal service.
The way that you are going to lose weight for good is by listening to your senses.
I want you to hop into your senses so that you can feel your own way out of the dieting
world and back into your power.
When you feel empowered in life, food loses its power to nag you.
McDonald’s at 9p for a carton of fries doesn’t sound so enticing. That doughnut staring
at you at work is not the little seductress.
These recipes are here to support you into stepping back into your senses.
And, since I have been there, I have chosen to gift you with my go-to recipes that
ALWAYS make feel like I am enjoying life, being a little “bad”, yet without the
“junky”feeling hangover.

Before we head into the kitchen, please keep in mind that the way I cook is without measuring! Please use
Ingredients:
Organic Popcorn Kernels
Sea Salt

Put olive oil in a large soup pot (with lid!) on the stove top, add kernels, and run on med-high

What you are going to do here is take a small bowl, pour your coffee grinds in, and add in your choice of
oil. Mix the contents very well.
You want to make sure you have time for a shower after because otherwise, you will show up smelling like
you fell into a vat of Starbucks coffee and marinated for a day or two! (I've shown up to a Pure Barre class
like this once... it was not pretty!)
So, you hop outside with your concoction and begin to lightly rub it onto your face. If you'd like, like I did
last weekend, you can carry on with this procedure to your neck and legs and arms and stomach and
chest.
The caffe is going to give a nice brown glow (nothing over the top!), and the caffeine will tighten up your
skin. The exfoliator is incredible for puffy eyes!
The coconut oil is going to deeply moisturize and alkalize depending on how long you leave it on your skin
and how much you use.
If you are focusing on adding in the greens, the junk easily falls to the wayside.
Ingredients :
1/2 cucumber, seeded
2 cups torn kale leaves, stems removed
2 cups spinach
I/2 cup mango
1 chunk ginger
1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon raw coconut oil

Pasta is full of gluten and it is processed, which makes you feel sleepy and bloated after consumption (for
most of us, that is)! It is interpreted in the body as sugar. Kind of like eating a bowl of cereal!
So, when I do have the rare craving, my go-to is raw zucchini pasta. Yum.
Ideally, you have a clever device called a mandoline for this recipe, but if not, you have thinly slice the
zucchini by hand, making it more of a fettuccine.
Ingredients :

Directions :
Blend all together, then tossed with zucchini fettuccine, just before serving.

That’s right, talk to nature for she will tune you into yourself and help you relinquish the diet mentality,
extra layers, and perfectionist stories with grace. Go and be in nature and thank her. Study her beauty
and marinate that you are what is before you, you are a perfect creation of nature. No matter what phase
you are in of weight loss, you are perfectly beautiful and nature knows this. Give gratitude.

There are multiple ways. Whatever you intuit. Here are some suggestions.
-Stop to literally hug a tree or kiss the ground. Imagine your heart full of green light, connecting the living
force of nature all around you.
-Hold the Earth in your hands. Sing, chant or tone your voice, if you feel
comfortable.
-Thank the Earth. Ask her to open your heart and receive guidance around
-Spend time with your intentions and visions in nature and bow when you
that pulsates through each living entity. You are honoring life’s presence.
-Say and revel in, internally or externally, how much you love your life. Start
petite or grande. Celebrate!
Really, I invite you to end the relationship with wrappers. Eat as many
whole food snacks as necessary. They are quick, easy, affordable, eco-
Ingredients:
-Raw carrots, celery, parsnips, beets, mushrooms, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, squash
-Pears, apples, plums, nectarines, persimmons, bananas, raspberries, muscadines, and grapefruits
-Avocados with sea salt and pepper and, perhaps, nutritional yeast
-Sugar snap peas, green beans, and sprouted mung beans, and olives
It changes EVERYTHING! Cravings go down, sensuality increases, weight is lost and you feel empowered!
Ingredients:
1 Avocado
2 Roma Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
2 Strips Dulse
Directions :
Peel and cube avocado, slice tomatoes and cucumber, and grate carrot.
