TS Agri Polytechnic Admission 2021 - TS POLYCET 2021

result was announced on July 28, and the admission process
for Agriculture polytechnic courses is expected to begin in
August. The dates for the counselling will be soon announced
by PJTSAU. State Board of Technical Education and Training
(SBTET) Telangana releases the official notification for
Agriculture Polytechnic admissions every year
and Candidates aspiring for admission in Agriculture
Diploma (Polytechnic) courses will have to clear the entrance
exam conducted by SBTET Telangana. TS POLYCET exam is
conducted every year for polytechnic admissions, and the
admission process commences with registration. Candidates
can check all the details about Agriculture Polytechnic

Entrance Exam for TS Agriculture Polytechnic

Admission 2021
Candidates aspiring for Agriculture Polytechnic admission in
Telangana will have to appear for the TS POLYCET exam. It is
a state-level entrance exam conducted for admission in
Diploma (Polytechnic) courses. It is mandatory to clear this
entrance exam to be eligible for admission in Polytechnic
courses in the field of Agriculture.

PJTSAU is the only agricultural university in Telangana, and
all the colleges that affiliated to this varsity offer Agriculture
Polytechnic courses. The following Agriculture Diploma
courses are offered in Telangana, and the candidates can
choose any specialization as per his/ her interest –

Diploma in Seed
Diploma in Agriculture
Technology

Diploma in Organic Diploma in Agricultural

Agriculture Engineering (3 Years)

Candidates must note that only those who have passed a

three-year Diploma in Agricultural Engineering are eligible
for admission in first-year B.Tech Agriculture Engineering
course.

Eligibility & Age Limit for TS Agriculture

Polytechnic Admission 2021
The eligibility criteria and age limit for TS Agriculture
Polytechnic admission is specified by Professor Jayashankar
Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU). All details
about eligibility can be checked below –

The candidates should

have completed 15 years
of age as on the
admission year, while the
upper age limit is 22
Age Limit years. When it comes to
upper age limit, only the
candidates who are born
in between December 31,
1999, and December 31,
2006, are eligible.

Candidates who have

passed Class 10th (SSC) in
Telangana with 35% of
marks are eligible.
Candidates who have
Educational Qualification
passed 10th from CBSE/
ICSE/ APOSS/ TOSS/
NIOS and are permanent
residents of Telangana
are eligible for admission.

TS Agriculture Polytechnic Application Form

2021
After the announcement of TS POLYCET results, the
candidates will have to register for the counselling process
conducted for admission in Telangana Agriculture
Polytechnic colleges. Candidates aspiring to seek admission
in Agriculture Polytechnic courses will have to register for
the entrance exam first. It is mandatory to register for the
entrance exam.

TS POLYCET Qualifying Marks for Agriculture

Polytechnic Admission 2021

TS POLYCET is conducted for 120 marks, and the candidates

will have to score a minimum of 36 marks out 0f 120 to be
eligible for Agriculture Polytechnic Admission 2021.

TS Agriculture Polytechnic Admission Process

2021
The candidates must note that it is mandatory to take part in
the counselling process of TS POLYCET to get admission. The
counselling process involves the following stages –

Registration: Firstly, the candidates will have to register for

the counselling process through the direct link that will be
activated on this page. The registration also includes the
payment of counselling processing fee (Rs. 1100 for General
category and Rs. 600 SC/ ST). The candidates will have to
register with his/ her TS POLYCET hall ticket number.

Certificate Verification: The candidates must visit the

nearest helpline centre to complete the certificate
verification process for TS Agriculture Polytechnic admission
2021. The candidates will have to obtain a receipt after the
certificate verification.

Choice Filling: After completing the certificate verification

process, the candidates will have to log in on the counselling
website with User Name and password to exercise web
options. Here, the candidates will have to choose the colleges
and courses from the list mentioned on this page. The
candidates can choose any number of choices or options.

Seat Allotment: Based on the rank obtained by the

candidates in the TS POLYCET exam 2021, the seat allotment
will be made in TS Agriculture Polytechnic courses. The
candidates will have to download the seat allotment letter
from the counselling website of TS POLYCET and report to
the allocated college within the specified date.
