All the interested contractors/Firms/Parties/Suppliers, manufactures and sole distributors meeting eligibility criteria, viz. registration will Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income tax,
sales tax in case of procurement of goods and valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council minimum C-6 category as the case may be and not blacklisted in any procuring agency

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The tender documents can be obtained from accounts department of IEFR during working hours from 0800 hours to 1615 hours (Monday - Friday) on non refundable basis on
payment of Rs.1000/- per tender.
2. Tenders will be issued from 18/10/2018 to 05/11/2018 by accounts department of NFC-IEFR.
3. Tenders in sealed envelopes will be received at NFC Institute of Engineering & Fertilizer Research, Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad up to 06/11/2018 and 07/11/2018at 11:00 AM
and will be opened on 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of contractors or their authorized representative who wish to be present.
4. Earnest money, amounting two percent (2%) of the tendered cost in shape of call deposit/demand draft in the favour of NFC Institute of Engineering & Fertilizer Research,
Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad and addressed to Director IEFR. Bids without Earnest Money and conditional tenders will not be accepted.
5. Other details regarding the work can be seen in the office of undersigned on any working day/hours.
6. Tenders submitted without total, sub-total, unauthentic cutting and over writing will not be accepted. Moreover, rates quoted only in figures but not in words will be ignored.
Rates should be in figures along with words to avoid any confusion.
7. Any wrong or misleading information provided by the firms or companies shall lead to the disqualification of the firm.
8. The method of procurement is single stage-One Envelope Procedure.
9. Companies participating in tenders must be in active tax payer list.
Note: The procuring entity may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per PPRA Rules. The procuring entity shall upon request communicate
to any contractor/firms who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for rejection of all bids or proposals.
