Except for Mr. Lamostre, who drinks alcohol and smokes only occasionally, there are
no known vices like smoking or drinking..


The family was able to recognize the importance of having a healthy well-being.

The children do not take any food supplements or vitamins


Daily food intake is mainly fish, rice and vegetables


Children eat junk foods whenever they were given money


Children have poor appetite according to Mrs. Lamostre

Eliminates everyday with an average of frequency of urine:4-6 times


According to Mrs. Lamostre, all of the family members have no difficulty in voiding.


The family members defecare everyday and some, every other day with no difficulty
in defecating.

“Wala kaming time mag exercise kasi madami kaming ginagawa lalo na tuwing
ugma” as verbalized by Mrs. Lamostre


Families prefer to stay at home and take a nap if they have free time while their
children play online games and watch movies after class.

Family usually has 7-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep according to the mother.



They usually sleep at 9 in the evening and wake up at around 4-5 in the morning.

Was able to respond accordingly and correctly. Retaliate as soon as he can and was

They perform Rosary every Sunday at home, they cannot attend church mass because
of the threat of Covid-19.
