can prepare easily at home).

1)Chocolate Cherry Cookies –

Cookies, which are delicious chocolate delights, are a favourite of kids.


They are wonderful at appeasing your sweet tooth and hunger pangs. If
you want to have an ideal melt in the mouth feel which is going to give
you joy for sure follow the recipe given below-

Ingredients-

Chocolate chips – 6 tbsp


Plain flour (maida) – 1 cup
Baking powder – 1 tspb
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar – 6 tbsp
Soft butter – 5 tbsp
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Milk – 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
Cherries – 2 tbsp

Steps to follow-

 Take a bowl and add plain flour, baking powder, baking soda in
a bowl and mix it well.
 Now, take another bowl and mix sugar, cocoa powder, butter
and whisk them well until the mixture turns smooth. Now, add
vanilla essence, milk, and chocolate chips and mix everything
together.
 Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
 Sprinkle cherries over the cookie mixture.
 Grease the baking tray and place small portions of the mixture
into it.
 Bake the cookies and store in an air-tight container after cooling.
2)Creamy Chocolate Fudge –

Chocolate fudge with chewy texture is an ambrosial delight to drool


upon. The intense flavour, the creamy and chewy texture, the flavour of
molten chocolate makes this dish worth a try. Add little bit of dry fruits
and the dish becomes nothing short of a treasure in every bite.

Ingredients –

Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup


Chopped dry fruits – 1/2 cup
Condensed milk – 1/2 cup
Butter – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 4 tbsp
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Cream – 1/2 cup

Steps to follow –

 Take a non-stick pan and heat it on low flame.


 In a bowl add condensed milk, butter, sugar, vanilla essence,
and cocoa powder and mix them well.
 Pour the mixture in a pan and cook on medium flame. Don’t
forget to stir constantly.
 Remove the mixture after a few minutes and add dry fruits.
 Now, transfer the mixture immediately into a greased aluminum
tin and spread evenly.
 Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

3)Chocolate Truffle

Chocolate Truffles, which are soft, rich and grainy little balls, are one of
the most enchanting desserts. Made of cocoa powder, chocolate, butter
and various ingredients this dessert has high drool-quotient.

Ingredients-
Castor sugar -1/4 cup
Grated chocolate – 3 cups
Coffee powder – 1 tbsp
Icing sugar – 3/4 cup
Rum – 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
Butter -1/2 cup
Dry fruits – 1/2 cup (chopped)

Steps to follow –

 Take a bowl and pour 4 tbsp hot water combined with coffee
powder.
 Now, take a bowl and mix butter and chocolate together.
 Take a pan, heat it on slow flame. Pour the mixture and cook it
for 3 to 4 minutes.
 Stir continuously till the chocolate and butter melts completely.
 Add rum and turn off the flame immediately.
 Now, refrigerate the mixture until it gets cooled.
 Take the mixture out of the refrigerator and divide it into 10
equal portions.
 Try to make balls and keep them aside.
 Combine dry fruits, castor sugar, and cocoa powder and coat on
all balls.
 Refrigerate for some time and serve.

4)Brownies covered with Chocolate and Cherries –

For people who have a sweet tooth, brownies covered with chocolate
and cream are a treat for them. With cherries on top, this scrumptious
dessert is an on the go snack.

Ingredients –

Melted dark chocolate – 1/2 cup


Dark chocolate cubes – 1/4 cup
Melted butter – 1/2 cup
Baking soda -1/4 tbsp
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Plain flour (maida) -1 cup
Baking powder -1/2 tbsp
Condensed milk – 5 tbsp
Molten chocolate – 1/2 cup

Steps to follow –

 Take a bowl and mix melted butter and condensed milk


together.
 Add vanilla essence to the mix and ensure there are no lumps.
 Add melted chocolate, plain flour, baking soda, baking powder,
and mix well.
 Add chocolate cubes and mix well.
 Take a greased baking tray and transfer the mixture into it. Tap
lightly to make it smooth.
 Pre-heat oven at 180-degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
 Cut the mixture into equal pieces once it gets cooled.
 Serve by spreading molten chocolate over it.

5)Chocolate Muffins

The most exciting thing about Chocolate muffins is they are perfect for
all occasions. When served with molten chocolate, they become the best
festive treat.

Ingredients-

Chocolate chips – 9 tbsp


Roughly chopped dark chocolate – 2 cups
Melted butter – 1/4 cup
Cocoa powder – 4 tbsp
Castor sugar -1/4 cup
Baking powder – 2 tbsp
Plain flour (maida) – 1/2 cup
Steps to follow –

 Take a bowl and mix molten dark chocolate, flour, baking


powder, cocoa powder together.
 Divide the mixture into equal parts and pour them into the muffin
tray.
 Do not forget to add muffin cups onto the tray before baking.
 Tap lightly and add chocolate chips into the batter.
 Bake for 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180-degree
Celsius.
 Serve when cooled.
