DEMAND LETTER

Dear Mr/Ms kung sino kausap niyo,

I, NAME, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident *of current address niyo. On *date kelan
kayo ng deposit* I deposited the amount of *MAKANO IN WORDS* (*MAGKANO IN FIGURES*)
to Mr/Ms, as my reservation fee for *o kung ano ba yon stay ba yon indicate niyo na lang ilang araw, ano
included at the chuchu hotel ganon*. The photocopy of the deposit slip made to Mr./Ms is attached to this
letter. (syempre ilagay nyo talaga) It was agreed that this reservation agreement may be cancelled
provided that such cancelation shall be made within *KUNG ILANG ARAW YUNG NAPAG
USAPAN NIYO IN WORDS AND IN FIGURES PARIN AH THIRTY (30) DAYS GANERN*
prior to the date of reservation. As evidenced, the photograph of the online conversation of such
agreement attached to this letter. (dapat kasama yung date ah)

On *date kung kelan kayo nag cancel*, *ilang days before ang reserved date THIRTY-
EIGHT (38) DAYS* before the abovementioned reservation, I communicated with Mr./Ms. To inform
him/her that I will be cancelling the said reservation and demanded a REFUND of the money deposited to
his/her account as reservation fee. Despite repeated demands through online communication, phone
calls and text messages (or kung email ganon basta lagay niyo papano kayo naningil) Mr./Ms have
not yet complied with the agreement. The photograph of the online conversations in relation to the
demands made for the refund is also attached to this letter.

Accordingly, this DEMAND is hereby made upon you to make a REFUND of the reservation fee
of *MAGKANO ULET IN WORDS (AND IN FIGURES)* within *ILANG DAYS NIYO GUSTO*
from the receipt of this demand letter. Otherwise, necessary legal actions will be filed against you to
protect my rights.
