2003 First trip to Ukraine 2005 Began volunteering regularly with USNOF Assisted with business and planning needs 2009 Graduated with BS in Business Administration 2009-2012 Worked as a Substitute Teacher Primarily spent this time as a long-term substitute in various mathematics and special education classrooms 2010 Appointed to Board of Directors of USNOF Direct role of Volunteer Coordinator 2012 Began my M.Ed. at GMU 2013 Began working with Mason LIFE 2014 Took on a leadership role within Mason LIFE as Helped lead the Exploration Exploration Liaison (assisting students with IDD within standard college courses) 2015 Graduated with M.Ed. in Special Education, General Curriculum and Assistive Technology Certificate First time presenting at USNOF annual conference Presented on TouchMath, transition, and community partnerships 2016 Began PhD program Shifted roles at Mason LIFE to Community Began assisting with and Involvement Liaison conducting research in the program; also began role of leading Community Involvement (supporting students with IDD in getting involved on campus in both inclusive and disability only settings) 2017 Shift in future research goals and methodology to greater focus on the voice of those with IDD 2019 Research within Mason LIFE halted 2020 Began new career at SourceAmerica as a Left direct support completely; Accessibility Subject Matter Expert began review and revising materials to meet the various needs of people with disabilities Dissolved USNOF and created a new organization Elected by the new Board as to work within Ukraine President
