1. Business overview

This business plan shows the implementation of an express cleaning services company in
the city of Sault St. Marie. This project seeks to meet the demands of those homes or
companies that need fast and efficient cleaning.

The main characteristic of the business plan is the human team that will be selected for
their great experience and human values to provide a reliable and quality service.

Taking into consideration that today women have been incorporated significantly into the
labor market, it is necessary to highlight that every day being a housewife decreases, therefore
the care of the home and many companies are neglected due to lack of time, lack of
professional maintenance personnel, or the poor quality that other similar companies provide,
due to this problem the need arises for an express cleaning service company that guarantees a
new and innovative concept for the city. In addition, due to the pandemic, many companies
and homes need to maintain more frequent cleaning, which will allow this business a better
reception in the market.

1.1 General objective

To be the leading company in express cleaning service, providing a differentiated service

with quality standards, reflecting responsibility and commitment, and being able to expand
internationally through franchises.

1.2 Mission

Offer a comprehensive express cleaning service with high security and confidence so that
our clients feel satisfied, complying with the high standards of hygiene, efficiency, quality and,
ethics.

1.3 Vision

highly committed to service.

2. Business Structure

In Canada, there are different types of business such as Sole proprietorship, Partnerships
and Corporations. Tahiclean will be a sole proprietorship because it is the simplest kind of
business structure.

The owner of a sole proprietorship has sole responsibility for making decisions, receives all
the profits, claims all losses, and does not have separate legal status from the business. If you
are a sole proprietor, you also assume all the risks of the business. The risks extend even to
your personal property and assets. (Agency).

2.1 Staffing Requirements

In every company it is important to have trained staff to provide a quality service,

therefore it is necessary to establish certain requirements to choose the best candidates who
can perform the job efficiently and effectively. Some of the qualities and skills that cleaning
staff must have for this project are the following:

Demonstrable work experience as a cleaning staff

Ability to handle heavy machinery and equipment
Knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Integrity
Secondary education degree:
Cooperation and teamwork
Decision making skills
Able to work under pressure

2.2 Organizational structure

Organizational structure is the framework of the relations on jobs, systems, operating

process, people and groups making efforts to achieve the goals. Organizational structure is a
set of methods dividing the task to determining duties and coordinates them. (Gholam,
Mehrpour, and, Nikooravesh 456).

The Tahiclean project shows an organizational structure that helps maintain a

hierarchical order of personnel. Depending on the growth of the company, other charges may
be added according to the needs that may arise in the future.

To outperform the competition, it is important to know who the competitors are and what
they are doing. It is advisable to identify the geographic area that they cover and the main
advantage that has allowed them to gain the market, since with this information it will be
possible to determine, in a simpler way, the positioning strategies that the company must
follow to enter and develop in the market. (Sak and Shaw 277)

The analysis of the competitors is a very important key in marketing because they provide
a service or producer equal or similar to the one that is intended to be implemented, therefore
it is necessary to evaluate what their weaknesses are in order to gain a competitive advantage.
