1. As a sender or receiver of a message, what it is that you need to develop further? How
can you improve on this area?  
 As sender or receiver, we must develop ourselves in the area of completeness. Whenever
we have information to disseminate, it must be complete to avoid confusion among
readers. In order to improve ourselves in this area, we must list all the information in a
certain topic and check whether if something is missing or irrelevant. We must facts with
reliable sources

2. In your perspective, why is the study of communication relevant to your life and to your
future profession? Cite specific instances of its significance.
 In my perspective, studying communication is important for us to better understand each
other. Without communication, it will be hard for us to live and we cannot learn because
communication has been part of our life. For example, as an accountant you must be a
good speaker and you should understand that we have different culture. For example,
talking to some clients around the world using English, the lingua franca of the business
so that you can understand each other well and it can even form a camaraderie among
your clients.
