My own concept of Physical Education and it’s role to one’s life

My own concept of Physical Education is that it uses our body to be beneficial to

our health. We learn a diverse set of skills, as well as the capacity to employ tactics,
methods, and compositional concepts in order to perform successfully on stage. In the
course of their performance, they pause to consider what they are doing, to analyze the
situation, and to make decisions. They also evaluate their own and other people's
performances and look for ways to improve on those results. As a result, kids have the
confidence to participate in a variety of physical activities and gain an understanding of
the importance of living a healthy, active lifestyle. Discovering what we enjoy doing and
how and where they may get involved in physical activity helps them make educated
decisions about their long-term physical activity. Physical education assists children in
their personal and social development. They work alone, in groups, and as a team to
build ideals of justice, as well as personal and social responsibility, as they progress
through the program. We learn how to be productive in variety of contexts, including
competitive, innovative, and challenging situations, through the variety of experiences
that physical education provides.

They can stay in the country and create jobs for themselves using the abilities they
already have rather than traveling abroad and looking for work possibilities there. The
