SHORT TERM NOTICE INVITING TENDER
KSPH & IDCL invites online tender through e-procurement portal https://eproc.karnataka.gov.in for
Appointment of Project Management Consultants (PMC) for Providing Project Management
Consultancy Services including Supervision, Quality Assurance, Progress Monitoring / Reporting,
Measurement, Billing and Documentation for the following works:
i) Construction of High Security Prison in the premises of Central Prison, Parappana
Agrahara, Bengaluru Under Budgeted Scheme
ii) Construction of New Central Prison Building In Bidar Under Budgeted Scheme
iii) Construction of Central Jail at Arakeri Village in Vijayapur District Under Budgeted
Scheme
iv) Construction of Central Command Centre along with Integrated Police Bhavana at
KSRP 1st Battalion Premises, Richmond Road, Bangalore
The Interested Consultants / Firms who are having specific experience in Project Monitoring
services of Building works, having required infrastructure as well as financial capabilities to
undertake such services may participate in the tendering process.
The details such as Tender Fee, EMD, Tender Documents etc., are available on
e-Procurement Portal from 22.02.2021.
