REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for ““Construction of (i) Connecting road from Z-Morh
Tunnel to Zojila Tunnel and (ii) 14.150 km long bi-directional tunnel across Zojila Pass on
Sonamarg-Kargil section of NH-01 on EPC mode in the Union Territories of J&K and
Ladakh” .”.
National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), on
behalf of the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRT&H), is engaged in the
development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour, it has been decided with
the approval of MoRT&H, to undertake ““Construction of (i) Connecting road from Z-
Morh Tunnel to Zojila Tunnel and (ii) 14.150 km long bi-directional tunnel across
Zojila Pass on Sonamarg-Kargil section of NH-01 on EPC mode in the Union
Territories of J&K and Ladakh” ” through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction
(EPC) Contract.

The National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) now
invites bids from eligible contractors for the following project:

http://www.nhidcl.com and www.eprocure.gov.in from 10.06.2020 to 23.07.2020 (upto 1100 Hrs
IST). Bid must be submitted online only at www.eprocure.gov.in from 20.07.2020 to 23.07.2020
(upto 1100 Hrs IST). Bids received online shall be opened on 24.07.2020 (at 1500 Hrs IST).
Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Securing Declaration,
document fee, Power of Attorney and Joint Bidding Agreement etc. shall be submitted physically
by the Bidder on or before 24.07.2020 11:00 Hrs IST), Please note that the NHIDCL reserves
the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
