RFP for Six lane Flyover with approaches and Slip Road from km 0.000 to km 1.460 along
NH 44 at Start of NH 530B Mathura Bypass at Existing km 154.200 of NH 02 (New NH
44) in the State of Uttar Pradesh on EPC Mode Basis.

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of
India is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour,
it has been decided to undertake Construction of Six lane Flyover with approaches and
Slip Road from km 0.000 to km 1.460 along NH 44 at Start of NH 530B Mathura Bypass
at Existing km 154.200 of NH 02 (New NH 44) in the State of Uttar Pradesh on EPC
Mode Basis through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.

The National Highways Authority of India now invites bids from eligible contractors for
the following project:

BIMS portal https://bims.gov.in from 29.07.2022 to 12.09.2022 (upto 1100 Hrs. IST).
Bidder must submit its Technical Bid at https:// etenders.gov.in and https://bims.gov.in
and Financial Bid at https://etenders.gov.in on or before 12.09.2022 (upto 1100 hours IST).
Bids received online shall be opened on 13.09.2022 (at 1130 hours IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, POA for
signing the Bid, POA for lead member of JV, if any, JBA for JV, if any, Integrity Pact,
and experience certificates apostile at foreign origin, if any and other documents specified
in clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall be submitted physically in original by the Lowest Bidder
before issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) by the Authority. Please note that the
National Highways Authority of India reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of
the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
