RFP for "Strengthening in km 24 to 77 Except Km. 31, 42, 44, 58, 60, 61, 62 & 71/2 in total 46.80 km
road length of Indore - Betul Road NH - 59 A (New NH 47) and construction of RCC drain in km 3/10,
4/2, 11/8, 11/10, 21/8, 21/10, 22/8 to 24/4 in total 3.95 km of NH 59A (New NH 47) on Indore- Betul road
section in the state of Madhya Pradesh"

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through Public Works Department (PWD) is engaged in the
development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour, it has been decided to undertake
"Strengthening in km 24 to 77 Except Km. 31, 42, 44, 58, 60, 61, 62 & 71/2 in total 46.80 km road length
of Indore - Betul Road NH - 59 A (New NH 47) and construction of RCC drain in km 3/10, 4/2, 11/8,
11/10, 21/8, 21/10, 22/8 to 24/4 in total 3.95 km of NH 59A (New NH 47) on Indore- Betul road section in
the state of Madhya Pradesh" through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.

Chief Engineer PWD (NH), Government of Madhya Pradesh now invites bids from eligible contractors for

Note:- 12% GST shall be separately paid on the amount of completed work.

submit its Financial bid and Technical Bid at https:// eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app on or before 04/10/2021 (up
to 17.30 Hrs. IST). Bids received online shall be opened on 06/10/2021 (at 12.30 hours IST).
Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, document fee, Power of
Attorney and Joint Bidding Agreement etc. shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before
05/10/2021 (at 17.30 hours IST), Please note that CHIEF ENGINEER PWD (NH), BHOPAL MADHYA
PRADESH reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason
whatsoever.
