NOTICE INVITING e-TENDER

1. The Ministry of road Transport & highway is engaged in the development and maintenance of
National Highway and as part of this endeavor, the Ministry of road Transport & Highway, through
the Public work Department, Government of Maharashtra had decided to carry out Strengthening of
National Highway Section Construction of Minor Bridge in the State of Maharashtra through an
Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract and decided to carry out the bidding
process. The bidder is advised to examine carefully all instructions including addendum/amendments
to ITB, condition of contract, contract data, forms, terms, technical specifications, bill of quantities
etc. in the bid Document. The Construction Period & maintenance period for the work is shown in the
table below against respective works.

Meeting will be held on 08.02.2022 @ 12.00 Chief Engineer, National Highway (P.W.) Konkan Bhavan, 5th
floor, Room No. 526, at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Bid must be submitted online only at e-tendering portal of MoRTH htttp://www.eprocure.gov.in on or before
28.02.2022 (Up to 17.00 Hrs.) Technical Bid received online will be opened on 02.03.2022 at 11.00 Hrs.

It is mandatory for all the bidder to have digital signature certificate (in the name of person who will sign the
bid document) from any of the license certifying agency (Application can see the list of Licensee)CA's from
the link http;//eprocure.gov.in) to participate in e-tendering portal of MoRTH.

To participate in the e-tendering. It is mandatory for the bidder to get registered their firm with the e-
tendering portal of MoRTH http://eprocure.gov.in to have user ID and Password

The bidders have to submit their bids including scanned copy only at e-tendering portal of MoRTH
http://www.eprocure.gov.in electronics format with digital signature.

any reason whatsoever.
