Notice Inviting Bid

Bid No. EPC/11 PR of 2020-21 (Re-Invite) Dated : 0610.2020

RFP for Periodical Renewal (PR) between Km. 387/700 to 407/700 of NH-68 (Old
NH-15 Bet Km.82/00 to 100/00) [Bhabhar – Radhanpur] in State of Gujarat under
EPC mode

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through CE (NH) ,Roads & Building
Department, Gujarat is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of
this endeavor, it has been decided to undertake Periodical Renewal (PR) between Km.
387/700 to 407/700 of NH-68 (Old NH-15 Bet Km.82/00 to 100/00) [Bhabhar –
Radhanpur] in State of Gujarat. through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction
(EPC) Contract.

The CE (NH) & AS, Roads & Building Department, Gujarat through Executive Engineer,
National Highway Division, Gandhidham now invites bids from eligible contractors for the
following project:

Note: This Estimated price is inclusive of all taxes and GST. No additional Taxes/GST will be payable Quoted Amount.

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from official portal of
eprocurement portal of MoRTH https://eprocure.gov.in from 06.10.2020 to 21.10.2020
(upto 16.00 Hrs. IST). Bidder must submit its Technical & Financial bid at
https://eprocure.gov.in and also Technical bid at (https://bims.gov.in.) on or before
21-10-2020 (upto 16.00 hours IST). It is mandatory to submit the Technical bid on
(https://bims.gov.in.) also.Bids received online shall be opened on 22.10.2020 (at 16.15
hours IST).
Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Securing Declaration,
document fee receipt deposited through Bharatkosh /NTRP only, Power of Attorney etc.
shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before 22.10.2020 (at 12.00 hours
IST), Please note that the Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the
BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
