Construction of Vehicular Underpass (VUP) at Daman Ganga ( Ch. 368.850 km) including Service road,
Culverts and Minor bridge between Daman Ganga river and Mohan Gam railway for rectification of
blackspots id GJ-(02)-066 on Surat-Vapi section of nh-8 (new NH-48) in the State of Gujarat on EPC
Mode

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highway Authority of India is engaged in the
development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour, it has been decided to undertake the work
Construction of Vehicular Underpass (VUP) at Daman Ganga ( Ch. 368.850 km) including Service road,
Culverts and Minor bridge between Daman Ganga river and Mohan Gam railway for rectification of
blackspots id GJ-(02)-066 on Surat-Vapi section of nh-8 (new NH-48) in the State of Gujarat on EPC
Mode. National Highways Authority of India, represented by its RO, Gandhinagar Invites bids from eligible
contractors for the following project:

procurement portal https://etenders.gov.in from 29.08.2023 to 28.09.2023 (upto 1700 hours IST). Bidder
must submit its financial bid and technical bid at https://etenders.gov.inon or before 28.09.2023 (upto
1700 hours IST). Bids received online shall be opened on 29.09.2023 (after 1700 hours IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, document fee, Power of
Attorney and Joint Bidding Agreement etc. shall be submitted physically in original by the Lowest Bidder
before issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) by the Authority. Please note that the National Highways
Authority of India reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason
whatsoever.

Bids from Joint Ventures are not allowed.
