The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of India
is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour, it has
been decided to undertake ‘Balance Works of Four Laning of Udhampur- Ramban Section of NH-
1A (now NH-44) from Km 67.00 to Km 89.00, Km 130.00 to Km 151.00 on Engineering
Procurement & Construction (EPC) Mode in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir under NHDP
Phase-II’ Contract.

The National Highways Authority of India represented by its Chairman now invites bids
from eligible contractors for the following project:

http://nhai.gov.in or the CPPP website https://etenders.gov.in from 23.07.2021 to 06.09.2021
(upto 1100 Hrs. IST). Bidder must submit its Financial bid on https://etenders.gov.in and
Technical Bid on https://etenders.gov.in and https://bims.gov.in on or before 06.09.2021
(upto 1100 hours IST).Bids received online shall be opened on 07.09.2021 (at 1130 hours
IST).

Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Securing
Declaration, , Power of Attorney for signing of Bid, Power of Attorney for lead member of
Consortium, if any, Joint Bidding Agreement for Consortium, if any, Integrity Pact, and
original experience certificates apostille at foreign origin, if any or any other document as
specified in Clause 2.11.2 of the RFP shall be submitted physically in original by the
Lowest Bidder before the issuance of Letter of Award (LOA) by the Authority. Please note
that the Authority reserves the right accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning
any reason whatsoever.
