INVITATION FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

The Public Works Department Govt. of Rajasthan on behalf of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways is engaged in the
development/ Maintains of National Highways and as part of this endeavour, it has been decided to undertake Request for
Proposal (RFP) for following work on EPC mode through an Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract.
The Executive Engineer, PWD NH DN Ajmer Govt of Rajasthan now invites bids from eligible contractors for the project
highways on single stage two cover system :-

procurement portal of MoRTH "http://eprocure.gov.in" from 05.01.2020 to 10.02.2020 (upto 18.00 Hrs. IST). Bid
must be submitted online MoRTH "http://eprocure.gov.in" or before 10.02.2020 (upto 18.00 Hrs IST). Bids received
online shall be open on 12.02.2020 (at 16.00 Hours IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained, However, tender document fee, power of Attorney, joint
bidding agreement, etc shall be submitted physically by the bidder on a before 11.02.2020 (upto 11.00 AM) at ACE
Zone Ajmer and 12.02.2020 (upto 11.00 AM) at SE PWD NH Circle Jaipur/EE PWD NH Dn Ajmer. Please note
that the Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason
whatsoever.
