3. Cost of Tender document for a non refundable fee as indicted in table shall be in the form of Demand Draft of any
Nationalised/schedule Bank payable at Ranchi in favour of Executive Engineer, Field Survey Division, Advance
Planning, Road Construction Department (RCD) , Ranchi .

4. The quotationers have to deposit 2% earnest money of quoted. amount net of GST in the form of 01 year Bank
TDR/ FDR issued by any Nationalised/Scheduled Bank within the state of Jharkhand only or Bank Guarantee from
any Nationalised/Scheduled Bank issued from anywhere in India valid for the period of 01 year pledged in favour of
Executive Engineer, Field Survey Division, Advance Planning, Road Construction Department (RCD) ,
Ranchi for a period of 120 days beyond the validity of Bid.

5. Cost of Bidding document and Bid security shall be deposited in the Office of the Chief Engineer
(Communication), Road Construction Department, 1st Floor, Engineer Hostel No-2, Dhurwa, Ranchi-834004
on all working days between 15.02.2022 to 08.03.2022 upto 15.00PM either by registered post/Speed Post or by
hand. Only those applications will be entertained whose cost of bidding document and bid security is received before
08.03.2022 upto 15.00 PM. Chief Engineer (Communication), Road Construction Depatment will not be held
responsible for the postal delay, if any, in the delivary of the document or non/-receipt of the same.
6. No claim shall be entertained on account of disruption of internet services being used by bidders. Bidders are
advised to upload their bids well in advance to avoid last minute technical snag.
7. The Undersigned have reserves the right to accept/reject any or the entire firm’s proposal without assigning any
reason thereof.
