Online e-quotation is invited from empanelled consultants with Haryana Irrigation & Water Resources
Department under category II (B) for preparing DPR and structural drawing.

2. Any corrigendum if issued will not be published in the newspaper.
3. The design discharge, alignment shall be provided by the department.

(i) Time & date of online publication: 29.07.2022 at 12.30 P.M.

(ii) Time & date of downloading: From 12:30 P.M. on 29.07.2022 upto 10:00 A.M. on 08.08.2022.
(iii) Time & date of submission: From 12:30 P.M. on 29.07.2022 upto 10:00 A.M. on 08.08.2022.
(iv) Time & date of submission of physical documents upto 1.00 P.M. on 08.08.2022.
(v) Time & date of opening: 3:00 P.M. on 08.08.2022.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: -

1. The cost of online tender forms, e-services & earnest money can be deposited through online payment
mode of e-tenders portal.
2. Online tenders of only those agencies will be opened on schedule date and time, which deposit the
eligibility documents & also qualify the bid eligibility criteria. The cost of bid document cum tender form is
not refundable in any circumstances.
3. The earnest money should be deposited through online payment mode of e-tenders portal.
4. Tenders of the agencies, who uploaded their tender online but not, submitted the original documents, tender
cost & earnest money offline. The online tender shall be considered.
5. The drawing and design shall be got proof checked from any Govt. Institution for which no extra
payment shall be made.
6. Superintending Engineer/Executive Engineer reserves the right to reject any or all the quotation without
assigning any reason.
7. The agency will be responsible to carry out modification/improvement in design/structure for hydraulic
parameter. No additional payment will be made for these modifications/improvements.
8. Necessary visit will have to be made by agency as and when required without any extra claim.
9. The successful bidder in this case will have to submitted/provide the estimate with 07 days from the
approval of drawings from the competent authority.
