Consultant having experience in Collection of data & preparing Detailed Reports on Emergency Action Plan & Dam
break Analysis to support the estimate later on, are hereby notified that the e-quotation for the following work is invited. Detailed
Report shall be prepared so as to highlight summary of information as well as to cover descriptive information to the requisite
details.
The Consultant’s intending for the work is hereby requested to submit the quotation to the Executive Engineer, Dhule
Irrigation Division, Dhule, Dist. Dhule (Telephone no. 02562/276596).
E Quotations must be submitted online on https://mahatenders.gov.in From 28 /05/2020 to 04/06/2020 on (18:00)
& Quotations will be opened on Dt. 06/06 /2020 (10:00) (if possible) in the presence of bidders who wish to attend in the office of
the Executive Engineer, Dhule Irrigation Division Dhule and the same copy sent by speed post (advance copy can be sent through
E-mail ID on diddhule@rediffmail.com up to Date 06/ 06 /2020 , 14.00 hours.)

1. Collection of data as described in below Sr. No. a & b, required for Preparing &
submitting report of computerized Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and Dam break
Analysis / Study in as per Dam Safety Manual Chapter-8, Technical circular of MERI
Nasik No.DSO/PB-4/1582 dated 16/11/2015 & as per the latest government
guidelines complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge at all stages.
(The data collection is excluding River Travers Survey Work & it's drawing i.e.
crosses section & L-Section of river per Km. etc. Soft copy of all the Traverse
Survey data & Traverse Survey drawings etc. will be provided separately by the
department which are also needs to be printed as per the requirement and get it
attached in the EAP Report, in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge at

a) All the technical, non technical staff, Assistants, Labors & vehicle required to
collect the following data.
1) Introductory.
2) Responsibilities.
3) Emergency procedures, probable damage of live stock or property in the
flood affected area.
4) Preventive actions.
5) Preparing all the village/wadi/pada/industrial area's boundary wise
detailed drawings required for EAP.
6) Appendices as prescribed Dam Safety Manual Chapter – 8.

b) Feeding above data to computer, taking print out for proof reading & then final
print out on 75 GSM A4 paper form, taking & printing photographs, maps, drawing
wherever necessary with attractive cover design, indexing, paging & binding etc. in
minimum 100 pages or as per actual requirement. Report should be submitted
with all the recorded computer data in hard copies & a soft copy on CD/pen drive.

2. Follow up of the submitted EAP Report in the office of various Government authorities
of Water Resources Department, Submission of remark Compliance, Arranging
meetings, presentations (PPT) & getting approval/Obtaining Clearance to the EAP Job
report from Competent Authority, consulting and lisioning charges etc. complete in all
respect as directed by the Engineer in charge at all stages.
