1. The Government of India has received a loan from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)
towards the cost of Rajasthan Water sector Livelihood Improvement Project and intends to apply part of
the proceeds towards payments under the contract for " Rehabilitation of Semari Irrigation Project
district Udaipur ".
2 The Additional Chief Engineer Water Resources Zone, Udaipur now invites online Bids from eligible
Bidders for the construction and completion of Rehabilitation of Semari Irrigation Project district
Udaipur. The bidders should be registered with the Government of Rajasthan or other State
Governments/Govern1ment of India, or State/Central Government Undertakings equivalent to AA.
3 Bidding will be conducted through procedures in accordance with the applicable Guidelines for
Procurement under Japanese ODALoans and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries, as
defined in the Bidding Document.

4. The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions
of the Standard Bidding Documents under Japanesc ODA Loans for the Procurement of Small Works.
