NOTES:
1. Tender Documents are available in online only in the Government website
https://tntenders.gov.in and it can be downloaded at free of cost up to 28.12.2022, 14.00 Hrs
(as per server system clock).

2. The bidder should be registered Class I contractor in Tamilnadu Highways Department with
 upto date renewal and valid Digital Signature Certificates.
3. Bids must be submitted through Online up to 28.12.2022, 14.00 Hrs (as per server system
clock).

4. Bid must be accompanied with scanned copy of EMD (Bid Security) pertaining to the work as
mentioned in the above table in the prescribed form drawn in favour of the Concerned
Divisional Engineer (H), NABARD & Rural Roads Division.

5. The original EMD as uploaded shall be received by the Superintending Engineer (H),
NABARD & Rural Roads Trichy Circle on or before 28.12.2022, 14.00 Hrs on failing the bid
will be summarily rejected.
6. The cover containing EMD and Bid documents as prescribed in the tender documents received
through “ONLINE” only will be opened at 15.00 Hrs on 29.12.2022 in the Office of the
Superintending Engineer (H), NABARD & Rural Roads Trichy Circle.

7. Corrigendum if any, will be available only in the above website.

8. The contractor should produce the documents for own possession of sufficient Plants &
Machineries and obtain certificate from competent authorities as specified in the tender
documents for working condition of the Plants & Machineries to complete the work in time
with quality.
